The Financial Media and You: A Toxic Mix
Patrick Dorsey, CFA
Watching more TV may not make you dumber, but it may make you (and your clients) poorer. The financial media thrives by attracting viewers and readers, not by providing quality advice. Financial service professionals who forget this do so at their peril. Pat Dorsey will discuss why you and your clients would have better business results if we all turned off the financial news channels, and let financial advisors and related professionals do their jobs.
